This is a case with a great lack of space in both arches. Both in the upper and lower arches.
A space maintainer, a lingual arch, was placed in the lower part at the age of 9 years.
In the upper part we achieve the necessary space with the fixed apparatus.
The result is very aesthetic, we have managed to align all the teeth without extracting anything and without overturning the incisors.
